Version History
It's time to add a local celebrity to Sugarshop with the addition of Tompoes! Based upon an iconic Dutch treat filled with pastry cream and topped with smooth icing, Tompoes brings a new sugar rush to the Sugarshop family.
Tompoes launches with a large character set and 4 styles: solid, pink, orange and cream.
Cookies are a bit bland if they are all the same, right? Kex gains extra variety with the new Flour and Rye color palettes, which also change the chocolate toppings. Kex is also further extended with wide Latin support, bringing it in line with Panque and Jell.
Sugarshop gains some crunch, so watch those crumbs! This update brings us Kex, a biscuit-based, sometimes chocolate-covered and extremely tasty extra-wide display type! Kex launches with three variants: Non-color solid, plain biscuit and chocolate glazed.
Like all Sugarshop families, Kex has some cool stickers to liven up your designs, this time honouring the history of biscuits and hardtack.
There are new flavours in stock, as we now have Jell purple and orange! Next to new palettes, the character set is expanded further in line with Panqué, giving it wide Latin support.
Craving for a sugar-rush? Then it's time to try out Jell, a typeface that allows you to sugar-coat every word in style! The two color versions flip contrast, making Jell work great on light or dark backgrounds, while the solid style brings in extra usability. Lastly there is an outline version as a bonus!
Fresh slices have been cut from Panqué, adding more and more glyphs to its character set! Panqué now supports basic and western Latin, currency and math symbols (to calculate the perfect cake mix). Panqué also gains new styles: Chocolate and Vanilla glazed, each with its own chocolate-chip sub-style.
The Sugarshop collection starts out with Panqué, a 3D typeface in the spirit of 70’s phototype. Based on a pound cake (also known as Quatre-Quarts, Panqué or Evenveeltje) it includes a solid and solid shadow variant and color versions of vanilla cake, both plain and with chocolate chips. This typeface will be extended further in spirit of these delicious baked goods!
